Großes WG-Zimmer am Wäldchen zur Zwischenmiete / large room in flatshare for interim rent

Man munkelt, man könne die perfekte Grünphase erwischen und sich ohne zu treten bis zum Z-Campus rollen lassen. Die WG befindet sich nämlich auf mittlerer Höhe im Nonnenstieg am Klausberg.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle namens "Nonnenstieg" ist sehr wenige Minuten entfernt und man kann direkt von dort zum Hauptbahnhof fahren. Mit dem Rad ist man auch schnell am Bahnhof, der Hinweg ist natürlich schneller als der Rückweg. Sowohl zum Z- als auch zum Nordcampus braucht man knappe 10 Minuten mit dem Rad.

Einkaufen: Am nächsten ist der Edeka/Frischmarkt Gellersen, knappe 5 Minuten mit dem Rad. Jeweils knappe 10 Minuten entfernt liegen zwei teguts (Carré und An der Lutter, dort auch dm und Aldi) und Boyer (teurer, aber sehr geiler Bioladen).

Die Schillerwiesen sind so um die 7 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt, von dort aus kann man natürlich gut Spaziergänge in den Stadtwald starten. Auch die Innenstadt ist nicht weit (mit dem Fahrrad nur 10 Minuten bis zum Gänseliesel), so steht auch einem gelegentlichen Barbesuch nichts im Wege (vorausgesetzt, man kommt danach noch den Berg hoch).
Wenn man nun eher in sportlichen Gefilden aktiv ist, ist auch der Hochschulsport nicht weit (5 Minuten).

Die alltägliche Geräuschkulisse deines neuen Zimmers setzt sich größtenteils aus Vogelgezwitscher (vor allem im Frühling dominierend) und gelegentlichen vormittäglichen Kindergeräuschen von der nahegelegenen Grundschule zusammen. In Küche und Bad hört man ab und zu Motorgeräusche der wenig befahrenen Straße.

Alles in allem ist alles gut.

Rumor has it that you can catch the perfect green phase and be rolled all the way to the Z-Campus without pedaling. This is because the WG is located at mid-height in the Nonnenstieg at Klausberg.
The nearest bus stop called "Nonnenstieg" is very few minutes away and you can go directly from there to the main station. By bike you can also get to the station quickly, the way there is of course faster than the way back. Both to the Z- and to the Nordcampus you need barely 10 minutes by bike.

Shopping: The closest one is the Gellersen Edeka/Frischmarkt, about 5 minutes by bike. Two teguts (Carré and An der Lutter, there also dm and Aldi) and Boyer (expensive, but very cool organic food store) are each about 10 minutes away.

The Schillerwiesen are about 7 minutes away by bike, from there you can of course start good walks in the city forest. Also the city center is not far (by bike only 10 minutes to the Gänseliesel), so nothing stands in the way of an occasional bar visit (provided you still come up the hill afterwards).
If you are more into sports, the university sports center is not far away (5 minutes).

The everyday soundscape of your new room is mostly composed of birdsong (especially dominant in spring) and occasional children's noises from the nearby elementary school in the morning. In the kitchen and bathroom, you can occasionally hear engine noise from the little-traveled street.

All in all, everything is good.

Wir ziehen alle drei Ende Juli bzw. Mitte August aus, sodass alle drei Zimmer in der WG frei werden. Zwei von uns sind für ein Semester im Ausland, weshalb wir die Zimmer bis zum Frühjahr 2023 zwischenvermieten. Dabei wird dieses Zimmer bis Ende Januar und die anderen beiden bis Ende März zwischenvermietet. Dementsprechend ist die WG ideal für Menschen, die zum Beispiel erstmal in Göttingen ankommen wollen (eventuell auch schon im WG-Verband) und sich dann von hier aus eine dauerhafte Bleibe suchen wollen, aber auch für Menschen, die zum Beispiel ein Auslandssemester oder Praktikum in Göttingen machen. Dementsprechend kann auch das WG-Leben frei gestaltet werden.

Du würdest mit Oumayma und Joelina zusammenwohnen. Oumayma macht eine Ausbildung an der Asklepios-Klinik in Pflege & Gesundheit und Joelina jobbt für ein paar Monate. Du könntest auf jeden Fall Kontakt zu den beiden aufnehmen, bevor du irgendwas zusagst.

All three of us are moving out at the end of July or mid-August, so all three rooms in the WG will be vacant. Two of us are abroad for a semester, which is why we are temporarily renting out all the rooms until spring 2023. This room will be rented out until end of January, the other two rooms until end of March. Accordingly, the WG is ideal for people who, for example, first want to arrive in Göttingen (possibly already in the WG association) and then want to look for a permanent place to stay from here, but also for people who, for example, do a semester abroad or internship in Göttingen. Accordingly, the WG life can also be freely arranged.

Your flatmates would be Oumayma and Joelina. Oumayma will be doing an apprenticeship at the Asklepios hospital in care & health and Joelina will do jobs for a couple of months. You could definitely contact them before you agree to anything.

Aktuell ist ein Internetvertrag für 25 € (also ungefähr 8 € pro Person) monatlich eingerichtet, der gerne für den Zeitraum übernommen werden kann.

Wenn wir nächstes Jahr wieder in die WG ziehen, wäre es natürlich ganz zauberhaft, wenn die WG nicht in Schutt und Asche liegt und wir unsere Zimmer noch einigermaßen wiedererkennen.
