Dein neues Zimmer ist hell und ca. 10m² groß. Die Einrichtung enthält ein Bett (140x200cm) mit Matratze, einen großen Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und Nachttisch.
Außer deinem Zimmer gibt es noch eine Wohnküche mit Sofa und Fernseher, sowie zwei Bäder. Wir sind voll ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine.
Falls du ein Auto hast, kannst du einen Stellplatz anmieten (den Preis müsstest du vom Vermieter erfragen; ich glaube es sind ca 20€ im Monat). Ansonsten gibt es aber auch viele kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der direkten Umgebung.

Your new room is bright, well-proportioned, and roughly 14m² . Included is a bed (140x200cm) with a matress, a wardrobe, a desk, and a bedside table.
There is also a kitchen/living room with a sofa and a TV, as well as two bathrooms. We also have a dishwasher and a washing machine.
If you have a car, you have the option to rent a parking spot (20€ per month if I am not mistaken, but ask the landlord to make sure). There are also lots of free parking spaces available in the area.
Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Rohrbach im Süden Heidelbergs. Zu Fuß sind in wenigen Minuten ein großer Kaufland, ein Netto und andere Läden des täglichen Bedarfs erreichbar. Die Stadtbahnhaltestelle "Freiburger Straße" ist quasi direkt vor der Tür. Von hier aus kommt man in 15 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof und in 20 Minuten zum Bismarckplatz. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in etwa genauso schnell.
In der direkten Umgebung gibt es viele Felder, Weinberge und Wald.

The appartment is located in Rohrbach, in the south of Heidelberg. You can reach all shops for daily needs (Kaufland, Netto, bakeries, etc.) by foot within a couple of minutes. The next tram stop "Freiburger Straße" is 3 minutes by foot. The tram takes you to the Hauptbahnhof or the city center (Bismarckplatz) within 15-20 minutes. You can get there just as fast by bike.
Despite being well connected to the rest of the city, the appartment is practically on the edge of town, with fields, vineyards, and the forest nearby.

Wir sind eine gemütliche, offene, WG, in der wir gerne mal was zusammen unternehmen, im Wohnzimmer Filme schauen, oder einfach zusammen sitzen und quatschen. Wir hocken aber auch nicht ständig aufeinander rum und wenn man mal seine Ruhe braucht, kann man sich auch in sein Zimmer zurückziehen. Da wir alle studieren bzw. berufstätig sind, sehen wir uns vor allem abends.
Wir achten darauf, dass die Wohnung sauber bleibt und haben einen wöchentlichen Putzplan, der gut funktioniert. Da wir eine internationale WG sind (Jemen, Deutschland), kommunizieren wir untereinander meistens auf Englisch.
We are a relaxed and open WG. We like to spend time together watching movies, playing games, or just sitting and talking at the end of the day. However, we don't spend all our time together and respect it if you need time to yourself. Because we all study or work, we mostly see each other in the evening.
We make sure that the appartment stays clean and have a weekly cleaning plan. Since we are an international WG (Yemen, Germany), we mostly communicate in English.
Wenn wir dein Interesse geweckt haben und du uns besser kennenlernen möchtest, dann schreibe uns ein bisschen was über dich, am besten direkt über WG Gesucht, und wir melden uns bald möglichst zurück. Da das Zimmer ab 01.08. verfügbar ist, werden die Castings sehr zeitnah stattfinden. Sag am besten bescheid, ob du persönlich vorbeikommen möchtest oder virtuell und wir finden einen Termin.
