I'm looking for a new flatmate (and future friend) since my current one is moving out towards new adventures.
The apartment is super nice, 100m2, with lots of light and lots of plants.
There is a sunny balcony and a nice and big living room. The kitchen is not huge but big enough, and the toilet is very small and has no windows... so aparently you can't have it all.
The room is 18m2 and has access to the balcony through the window.
The windows are facing south, so there is a lot of sun and a very quiet/open view.
The room will be empty.
IMPORTANT: due to the energy costs crisis, it is an option that the rent will be more expensive in the future. We will be sharing the costs of the apartment 50/50, so total transparency, but also shared responsability :)
The building is in between Görlitzer Park and the canal, so very central kreuzkölln area. Very alive in summer nights, and many green areas around to find some peace.
It's well connected, but it's better to have a bike.
5-10 min walk from supermarket, week market in Maybachufer, cafés and bars.
I'm a yoga teacher and I'm studying as well körperpsychotherapie.
I have a very active life during the day, wake up very early, go in and out the house a few times a day, teaching classes and others, and I go to sleep early as well, so I like a bit of peace at home.
I read the tarot cards as well, go in nature often, and less and less partying, but I still love to share time with friends and meeting new people. I'm super into inner work, deep topics, healing methods and spirituality, but I can also laugh about it all and keep my mind always open.
I live with my dog, Shanti, so it's very important that you LOVE dogs as well, as she will totally adopt you as part of the family <3
I imagine living with someone who has a similar lifestyle and interests, so we can connect on a more personal way, I don't want to live with a stranger. Gerne spend some time together, cooking, eating, or enjoying the balcony in the sunset.
I speak Spanish, English and German, and I love to do tandem (my portuguese, italian, and french could really use some practice... not at all a must though!).
I like to keep the house clean and organized, enjoy the accasional visit, and I have plants all over the place.
Unfortunately, the Anmeldung is NOT an option.
