Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,

Wir vermieten unsere komplett möblierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung (60 m2) vom 21.03. - 01.04.2025 (12 Tage), während unseres Urlaubs.
Es gibt keine Mitbewohner - du/ihr habt die Wohnung ganz für euch.

Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Wedding und Reinickendorf, 6 Minuten Fußweg entfernt von der U-Bahn-Haltestelle 'Franz-Neumann-Platz'.
Mit der U8 ist man in 10 Min. am Rosenthaler Platz, in 15 Min. am Alex und in 25 Min. am Herrmannplatz. Die Anbindung ist somit wirklich top.

Die Wohnung hat eigentlich alles was man so zum Leben braucht und sogar noch einige Besonderheiten:

- Stellplatz für ein Auto
- Ganz ruhiger Innenhof
- Eigener kleiner Garten
- Höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch
- Elektrische Rollläden

Personen mit grünem Daumen werden selbstverständlich bevorzugt! ;-)

Da wir all unsere Sachen in der Wohnung lassen werden, würden wir eine Kaution in Höhe von 1.400€ nehmen. (Sorry, aber unsere beim Vermieter ist sogar noch höher. Wir können dich/euch gerne mit Personen connecten, die zuvor schon bei uns gewohnt haben und bestätigen können, dass sie die Kaution sofort wieder bekommen haben).

In der Miete ist ansonsten alles inbegriffen: Strom, Gas, WLAN, etc.

Schreibt am besten ein paar Zeilen über euch, sodass wir uns vorstellen können, wer ihr seid und was ihr in Berlin macht.

Wohnungsbesichtigungen sind flexibel möglich, da wir beide meist im Homeoffice sind.

Dear Internationals,

We're renting out our 2-room apartment (60sqm) from 21.03. - 01.04.2025 (12 days) while we're on holidays.
There are no flatmates - you will have the apartment all to yourself.

The apartment is located between the neighborhoods Wedding and Reinickendorf, 6 min by foot from the metro station (U-Bahn) 'Franz-Neumann-Platz'. From there you're really well connected with metro line U8: 10 min. to Rosenthaler Platz, 15 min. to Alexanderplatz, 25 min. to Herrmannplatz.

The apartment has everything you need and even some special gadgets:

- private car parking
- quiet backyard
- small own garden
- electric desk
- electric shutters

People who have a "green thumb" and would take care of our plants will have an advantage. ;-)

As we will leave all our belongings in the apartment, we will ask you for a deposit of 1.400€ (Sorry for that but our deposit with the landlord is even higher. Besides that, everything is included in the rent: gas, electricity, wifi, ...
