Hallo! Ab Mitte August haben wir ein großes Zimmer in unserer super-zentralen WG frei. Das Zimmer ist ca 25qm groß, es ist ziemlich schön :) Das Zimmer befindet sich auf der Ostseite und bietet einen schönen Blick auf eine gemütlichen Hof:) Sehr sonnig ! Wir haben keine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, aber es gibt eine im Keller und auch einen Trockner. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man braucht (oder mehr), denn jeder, der ausgezogen ist, hat zum Glück etwas für die nächste Generation hinterlassen. WC und Bad sind ebenfalls getrennt.
Hello, we have a large room available in our super-central shared flat from mid-August. The room is about 25sqm, it's quite nice :) The room is on the east side and offers a nice view of a cosy yard:) Very sunny ! We don't have a washing machine in the flat, but there is one in the basement and also a tumble dryer. In the kitchen there is everything you need (or more), because everyone who has moved out has fortunately left something for the next generation. The WC and bathroom are also separate.
Der 7. Bezirk ist ideal für junge Leute! Hier findest du so ziemlich alles, was du brauchst. Nette Cafés, coole Bars und gute Restaurants! Auch die wichtigsten Supermärkte (Hofer, Spar, Billa und Lidl) sind alle innerhalb von fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Und der Berliner Döner, das beste Döner lokal Wiens (meiner Meinung nach) Berliner Döner ist 10 Sekunden zu Fuß entfernt :)
Wenn es um öffentliche Verkehrsmittel geht
Die Straßenbahn 49 ist 1-2 Minuten entfernt und bringt einen so ziemlich überall hin. Auch die Buslinie 13a, mit der ich jeden Tag zum Unterricht fahre, ist nur zwei Blocks entfernt. Innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß kann man auch zwei der wichtigsten U-Bahn-Stationen erreichen (Zieglergasse, Neubaugasse). Außerdem kann man den Westbahnhof in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Im Allgemeinen kann man also überall ganz leicht hinkommen und auch so ziemlich die ganze Nacht, vor allem an den Wochenenden.
The seventh district is great for young people! Here you'll find pretty much everything you need. Nice cafés, cool bars and good restaurants! Also all the main supermarkets (Hofer, Spar, Billa and Lidl) are all within five minutes walking. Plus Berliner Döner, the best döner place in Vienna (in my opinion) is literally 10 seconds by foot! :)
When it comes to public transport
Tram 49 is 1-2 min away and it takes pretty much anywhere. Also bus nr 13a which i‘ve been taking to class everyday is only two blocks away. Within 5-10 minutes by foot you can also get two of the main U-Bahn stations (Zieglergasse, Neubaugasse). Additionally, you can get to Westbahnhof in 10-15 min by foot. So in general you can get anywhere quite easily and also pretty much all night, especially on the weekends.
Tim ist 22, Deutscher, aber in Spanien aufgewachsen. Er macht gerade eine Ausbildung zum Musikproduzenten. Er interessiert sich für Kunst, Konzerte und liebt es, bei einem Bier interessante Gespräche zu führen :).
Liuva ist 28 und kommt aus Mexiko. Er studiert Philosophie an der Hauptuni. Mit Liuva wirst du sicher zu leckeren mexikanischen Gerichten und einer guten Tasse Kaffee eingeladen :)
Rebeka ist 19 und kommt aus der Slowakei. Rebeka wird diesen Herbst an der Kunstschule weiter studieren. Sie liebt die Natur und das Ausgehen :)
Tim is 22, German, but grew up in Spain. He's currently doing a music production apprenticeship. He's interested in art, concerts, and loves having interesting conversations over a beer :).
Liuva is 28 and from Mexico. He's studying philosophy at Hauptuni. With Liuva, you will surely be invited to try tasty Mexican dishes and a good cup of coffee. :)
Rebeka is 19 and from Slovakia. Rebeka will continue studying at art school this autumn. She loves nature and going out :)

P.S. Of course, you don’t need to pay the full rent until the end of August. It would be 270 EUR. The room is rented without furniture. The room is likely ablösefrei, but there might be a small Ablöse for a wall shelf.

P.S. Natürlich müsst Du nicht die volle Miete bis Ende August zahlen. Sie würde 270 EUR betragen. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert. Das Zimmer ist wahrscheinlich ablösefrei, aber es könnte eine kleine Ablöse für ein Wandregal geben.
