Seeking a Private and Furnished House  for an International Student

Dear Madam/Sir,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Elham Hormozi, and I am a 26-year-old student from Iran. I will be starting my master's studies at Philipps-Universität Marburg in the upcoming semester, and I am currently looking for a place to stay.

I am seeking a private and furnished apartment with a kitchenette and a bathroom. Financially, I am a reliable person. I can pay the rent monthly because I have a letter of financial ability for one year in order to live legally in Germany (Max. rent I can pay: 600).

Personally, I am a responsible, neat, and quiet person. I will take care of your place. I am fluent in English, and Persian is my mother language. My current German level is A2. To integrate better into the community, I am learning it. In my free time, I enjoy reading and writing, exploring the city, and taking photos.

My move-in date to Germany is on October 1st, and since international banking is not available in Iran, I would love to see the house in person and pay the deposit and the first rent in cash. I also need a landlord's confirmation for "anmeldung".
