A 20m2 room, clear and calm, at the 2nd floor of a nice and spacious three storey house dating from 1920, with a garden. Independant bathroom/toilet to share with a student. Kitchen open on garden.Living/dining room, kitchen and garden are shared spaces.Internet access/ADSL. Two cats.
Very easy transport connection and many facilities : 2 subway stops from Paris/East, line 9 (Croix de Chavaux), 5’ walk from house, direct Nation (15’), Bastille and République (25’). Velib’ parking. The area is very central (all shops, cinema, swimming pool,markets,theater, restaurants within 5’), at the border of the city and Wood of Vincennes (subway line 1 and RER A).
I look for a serious but open and independant woman. I live with my 17 years old daughter and another roomate. I enjoy sharing conversations or meals but it is not an obligation. I speak English but very little german.Easier to contact me by mail.
