Girls-only room available for long-term

Hi girls~

I’m leaving my lovely room in Straubing starting February 1st, 2024.

About the WG:

The WG is a house of 2 floors. In total, there are 5 super loving girls who study at TUM living in the WG. They come from China, South Korea, India, Thailand and Russia so it is a very International home. There are 2 rooms per floor and the room that will be available is located in the 1st floor facing the garden in the backyard.

In each floor there is a bathroom/shower so you would only be sharing the bathroom with the girl living in the 1st floor.

There are 2 fully equipped kitchens, one in the 1st floor and the other one in the 2nd floor. It has all necessary electronics: oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and of course enough pots, plates and cutlery. The kitchen is shared with the other tenant in the 1st floor and one girl from the ground floor.

The WG is at a convenient distance from most facilities. TUM campus is 10 mins away by foot, Edeka is 10 mins away by foot, Straubing-Ost train station is 7 mins away by foot and the city center is 20 mins away by foot and 7 mins by bike.

There’s a bicycle storage area in front of the house and there is also a garden in the backyard. Additionally, there is a deposit room in the ground floor in case you might need additional storage space.

About the room:

The room originally includes the bed, the mattress, the wardrobe, a small table and a desk chair.

I bought the white L-shaped table, shelf and dresser from Ikea and a couch to make the space as homey as possible. I’m looking for someome who would be interested in taking over all of this furniture which has less than a year of use and are in perfect state and overall makes the whole place very comfortable also to have friends over.

The cost:

The final rent directly with the landlord is EUR 420.00/per month (includes electricity, internet, gas, water, sewage, heating, and garbage collection). Registration is possible as the contract would directly be with the owner of the house.
