The room will be available for a short-term rental, March (5th of March to the end of the month, in a big shared house at Stauffenbergstraße (Tübingen). There is only a walking distance to the city centre of Tübingen (all the shops, bars, restaurants etc). The fixed rental price (warm rent, including internet) is 200 Euros (no deposit, but pay in advance). This means that if you stay for a few days within this period (March) or until the end of the month, the rent is fixed 200 Euros and needs to be paid in advance.
The house is a beautiful old building which has more than 30 rooms in three floors and around 30 people live there.
The house and the room are furnished with a big kitchen and everything you need.
