Our beautiful period home in central Worms is available to rent for the academic year 2025-2026. Worms is a short train ride or drive from the Mannheim, Heidelberg, Mainz, Frankfurt and Karlsruhe universities. The house, built in 1907, has three floors (plus a cellar and attic), five bedrooms, a Grotrian-Steinweg piano, a Finnish sauna, and a large garden with a trampoline. In addition to the central heating, there is an open fireplace for snuggling up on winter nights. We are a ten-minute walk from Worms central station and a fifteen-minute walk to the city centre with all amenities, plus the medieval cathedral, city walls, Nibelungen museum, and the site of the 1521 Diet of Worms. There are large green spaces and playgrounds nearby, and excellent schools. We look forward to hearing from you!
Worms is a picturesque, highly liveable, family-friendly town with 90.000 inhabitants, located directly on the river Rhine. It claims to be Germany's oldest city and is within easy commuting distance of five large universities.
