El apartamento es muy adecuado como punto de partida para estudiar ya que la ubicación es muy central. La ubicación junto a Templergraben, Pntstrasse, CARL y Audimax no necesita ninguna explicación adicional, este es el RWTH CAMPUS y la vida estudiantil también tiene lugar en el Pontviertel por la noche.

Desde aquí se puede llegar fácilmente a todos los institutos y salas de conferencias. En bicicleta, son menos de 4 minutos (9min a pie) para el Super-C y el edificio principal RWTH. El Aachen Lousberg se puede llegar a pie en 15 minutos y es un gran lugar para pasar el tiempo jogging o hacer deportes en el verano.

Las conexiones de autobús son perfectas. Desde aquí, es sólo unas paradas en autobús hasta la estación de autobuses y desde allí se puede llegar a todo lo demás directamente, por ejemplo FH Aachen.
