Gemütliches möbliertes Zimmer in WG zu vermieten! Ich wohne hier normalerweise mit meiner Freundin, aber die ist für eine Weile nicht da, daher suche ich einen netten Untermieter bis Sie zurückkommt! Am besten männlich und im Alter zwischen 20 und 30. :)
Kostet euch alles in allem 300 Euro pro Monat!

Kühlwetterstr. 22 - einfach googlen! Top Nähe zur Uni, Westbahnhof etc. Man kann auch zu Fuß in die Stadt laufen. Kein Problem. mehrer verschiedene Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Bendplatz - für die betreffende Zeit ist das allerdings kein Nachteil, da der Jahrmarkt dort gerade vorbei ist und so bald auch nicht wieder stattfindet. Einen schönen weiten Blick bietet der Bendplatz jedenfalls!
Bin unter der Woche oft arbeiten oder an der Uni oder so. Zwischendurch werde ich auch immer mal wieder für ne Weile unterwegs sein!
Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr gut ausgestattet! Waschmaschine, Trockner, Spülmaschine kann alles mitgenutzt werden! Die Küche ist ziemlich neu, alles insgesamt sehr modern und in gutem Zustand!
