The appartment consists of 3 approximately equally sized (18 m²) rooms, a kitchen equipped with all the essentials, a bathroom with a bathtub and a nice roof-terrace.
The flat is located on the Kleinkölnstr. thus very central in Aachen.
All shops are within walking distance, about 2 minutes to the next Rewe, DM, Müller...
For destinations that are a bit further away, two important bus stops (Bushof and Elisenbrunnen) are also located less than 5 minutes away.
Hello! I am looking for a roommate to share this nice central appartment. I prefer short term stays (it is possible to discuss this);
I have a furnished room (about 18m2) available.
Ideally you should be:
* in your late twenties/thirties
* preferably a non smoker (or willing to smoke on the terrasse)
* Calm/respectfull and considerate of others (very important)
* clean (very important)
