El apartamento está situado en el barrio más popular de Aachen: Frankenberger. Y puedes llegar rápido y fácil a todas las universidades e institutos de aquí.

La estación principal de tren está a solo 900 m. ¡No te preocupes, no oyes ningún tren!

Este barrio con sus parques, el pequeño castillo encantador, hermosas casas antiguas en estilo Art Nouveau, pubs y restaurantes le hacen sentir muy bienvenida e ingredientes para relajarse del trabajo duro. Conocerás a muchos estudiantes, académicos y personas interesadas en la arquitectura, reuniéndose y la cultura (En verano el castillo es el hogar de juegos de teatro).

Die Wohnung befindet sich im beliebtesten innerstädtischen Viertel: Frankenberger Viertel mit guter Anbindung zur Innenstadt, Burtscheid und zum Hauptbahnhof. Das Viertel verfügt über viele nette Gaststätten und schönen Örtlichkeiten, die zum Verweilen einladen: Parks und eine Burg, in der im Sommer Theateraufführungen stattfinden. Beim Spazieren in diesem Viertel merkt man, dass hier ein netter Flair mit netten Menschen herrscht. Das Viertel ist sehr beliebt bei Menschen, die sich für schöne Architektur, Kultur und für das entspannte Miteinander interessieren.

Obviously you need to be tidy, cooperative and open minded. At the moment there are two guys living in this apartment. A Canadian sub tenant and a German intern who works at the theater. The other guys are moving out because their studies or Erasmus programs is ending. So you are welcome to bring along a friend. Because there will be soon 2 other rooms that will be advertised. One of them will be available from February 22nd!


Natürlich solltest Du ordentlich, kooperativ und aufgeschlossen sein. Im Moment leben zwei Studenten in dieser Wohnung. Ein kanadischer Untermieter und ein deutscher Praktikant, der im Theater arbeitet. Die anderen ziehen aus, weil ihr Studium oder ihr Erasmus-Programm zu Ende geht. Du kannst also gerne einen Freund mitbringen. Denn bald werden noch 2 weitere Zimmer ausgeschrieben. Eines davon wird ab dem 22. Februar erhältlich sein!

All the usual side costs such as rubbish, Heating, water etc. are included.
