A fully furnished 15 m² room is available in a four-person shared apartment with a balcony starting from 01.12.2024.
Currently, the apartment is occupied by four people, including me, and I will be moving out on 30th Nov. 2024. The entire apartment and the room are fully furnished, as seen in the photos. The room includes an office chair, a table, a wardrobe, a king-size bed with a mattress, and an additional single bed.
The common area is quite spacious and equipped with sofas, making it perfect for board games and small gatherings with friends. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and basic electric stove and oven. It has enough cabinets for storing your groceries and cookware. The washroom is also spacious and includes all the basic amenities.
The highlight of this apartment is the balcony, which features two chairs and a small round table. It offers the best view of the hills throughout all seasons.
The location of the apartment is very convenient. There is a bus stop just one minute away by walking from the apartment, where you can catch buses to the city center and Aalen HBF. If you are a Zeiss student or employee, the shuttle bus also picks up and drops off at the same bus stop.
Supermarkets like EDEKA, REWE, and Action Store are just a 10-minute walk away.
Hochschule Aalen is only 15 minutes away on foot and 10 minutes away by bicycle from the apartment.
The people living in the apartment are kind and generous. A regular cleaning schedule is followed to keep the apartment clean and tidy. The new resident will also need to adhere to the cleaning schedule to ensure that there are no disturbances among the flatmates.
Currently, one of the residents mostly stays in Munich, so the apartment is essentially shared by three people for now.
