Ich vermiete ab 1. August 2023 ein Zimmer in einer 3er WG (Zimmer ca 15 qm, Wohnung ca. 75 qm) Warmmiete pauschal beträgt je Raum 395 € (inkl. Strom und allen Nebenkosten (hoffe ich kann das halten), ohne Internetkosten) - das Zimmer ist möbliert. WLAN ist ebenfalls vorhanden, jedoch von einem Mitbewohner. Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt.
I rent from August 1st, 2023 a room in a 3-person shared apartment (room approx 15 sqm, apartment approx 75 sqm) Warmmiete flat rate is 395 € per room (including electricity and all utilities (hope I can keep it), without internet costs) - the room is furnished. WLAN is also available, but from a roommate. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.
Da die Bewohner berufstätig sind, ist es eine ruhige WG, was uns auch wichtig ist. Auf Sauberkeit wird großen Wert gelegt und darum wird geputzt - nicht im Preis enthalten.
Since the residents are working, it is a quiet WG, which is also important to us. Great importance is attached to cleanliness and therefore cleaning is done - not included in the price.
Allershausen liegt direkt an der A9 und ist ca.12 km von Freising, ca. 22 km von Garching und ca. 30 km von München entfernt. Zum Flughafen braucht man ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Es gehen zwar Busse nach Freising und München, aber nicht wirklich oft … (Linienbusanbindung nach Petershausen, Garching, Eching und Freising).
Allershausen is located directly on the A9 and is about 12 km from Freising, about 22 km from Garching and about 30 km from Munich. To the airport you need about 20 minutes by car. There are buses to Freising and Munich, but not really often ... (regular bus connection to Petershausen, Garching, Eching and Freising).

Auto ist von Vorteil - Busverbindung nach Freising und München vorhanden, gehen aber nur morgens, mittags und abends.

Die WG ist ruhig und sollte es auch bleiben. Sauberkeit ist ebenfalls wichtig - es gibt einen Putzplan...
Gute Infrastruktur (Edeka, Aldi, Rossmann, DM, Fitnesscenter, Vereine - alle Ärzte usw).
