Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich. Alles schön hell eingerichtet und aufeinander abgestimmt.
Ich ziehe einen Monat vor Vertragsende aus, da ich nicht mehr studiere und hier nebenan ein Zimmer gefunden habe.
Das Zimmer ist entweder ab 1.6. oder 1.7. frei. Der Vertrag geht bis 1.7.2015. Kürzer ist leider nicht möglich.
Außerdem muss man Student/in sein um hier wohnen zu können.
Das Haus ist groß, gemütlich und sauber.
Einmal im Monat kommt eine Putzfrau und auch den Mülleimer muss man nicht selbst leeren.
Die Kaution ist 680 Euro.
10 Minuten laufen vom Hauptbahnhof, 5 Minuten laufen vom Busbahnhof.
5 Minuten von Bahnstation und großer Einkaufsstraße.
5 Minuten vom Lidl entfernt und 10 vom Albert Heijn.
Alle Unis und Fachhochschulen sind in der Nähe.
Alle kommen hier gut miteinander aus.
