Per 1st August a room in Veerstraat becomes available. The room is in the attic, faces to the South and has a large window with view onto the lovely Uiterwaarden nature area. The street runs on the other side of the house, so it is really quiet. The house has a well equipped kitchen with oven, shower, washing machine and dryer. The room has an own sink. The rent is 450 Euro per month (negotiable), including electricity, water, internet and facilities. The room is unfurnished, in the first time you can use for free a folding bed, chair and basic shelf. Your housemate can give help with getting furniture.
You share the house with me, a 32 year old male PhD student from Germany, and the dog of the Landlord. The Landlord himself lives in the house next door and only comes around to walk his dog twice a day. The city centre is reached within 5min of cycling, the university within 12min, t'Venster cultural centre and Wageningen international student association are close by.
