Hello,
as of May I will start a flat share in a newly constructed apartment. We will be 3 People. There is already one applicant who most likely receives 1 room who works at Bosch and I work at Lonza. We are 26 and 29 years old. We both like bouldering and being outside in the mountains during our free time.
The apartment has sun light the whole day and a nice balcony on the south side. We are looking forward to having a barbecue / beer on the weekends or after work.
I speak German, English and Portuguese and the other applicant speaks German and English. Therefore, international Applicants are welcome.
I will furnish the living room / kitchen. The room will be rented out empty.
Currently there is the possibility to rent a parking slot for additional 80 €. (Probably still available but not guaranteed. If you are interested, I can in contact with the landlord.)
If you are interested, please write me an E-Mail with your phone number and a short Introduction so I can get contact you via Whatsapp. We both don't work on shift and would appreciate another roommate who doesn't work shift as well.
PS: I will get the Keys on Tuesday 19.04. After that date we can schedule a visit.
The room is available as of 01.05.2022, but moving in later can be discussed.
