Das Zimmer hat (11,5) qm.
Es liegt relativ in der Mitte der WG und ist lichtdurchflutet mit zwei Fenstern.
Es ist das einzige Zimmer auf der Etage und du teilst sie dir nur mit einem Klo und der Küche.
Mit drinnen ist eine extra Dusche, die etwas zusätzlichen Luxus beschert.
The room has (11.5) qm.
It is located in the centre of our shared living. It is the only one on the floor with the kitchen, living room and a toilet.
With two windows there is much light. Luxury comes with an integrated bath!!
Die WG ist sehr zentral gelegen, nahe der Kreuzung von Luitpold- und Oberer Königstraße. Mensch ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten in der Fußgängerzone, auch zum Bahnhof ist Mensch schnell gelaufen. Fast direkt vor der Tür befinden sich Bushaltestellen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch mehr als genug in der Umgebung.
Centrally located near crossroad of Luitpold- and Oberer Königstraße. By foot only 5 min to the inner city or the central station. Busstops and shopping stores are nearby aswell.
In der WG leben aktuell Jannika (macht bestimmt bald den Pädagogik Bachelor), Erik (macht Archäologie Dinge), Johannes (macht Bier und laute Musik), Robert (macht, dass laute Musik stattfinden kann) und Anas (macht bestimmt bald CitH Master). Konzerte machen und besuchen sind nicht untypische WG-Aktivitäten, aber auch zusammen im Esszimmer oder auf der Dachterrasse versumpfen, Filme schauen, Spieleabende (Gesellschaftsspiele und Pen&Paper). In der großen WG kann man sich aber auch ganz gut aus dem Weg gehen, wenn man gerade etwas Abstand braucht.
Wir leben in der WG vegetarisch und es wird solidarisch eingekauft. D.h. in der Praxis einfach dass jede*r alles nehmen kann was da ist, ob schon gekocht oder nicht, solange es nicht beschriftet ist. Alles andere regeln der Putzplan und Gespräche.
Unser Treppenhaus hängt voller linker Demo- und Konzert-Plakate, Deutschlandfahnen und -Trikots müssen draußen bleiben. Ebenso können wir auf sexistische, rassistische, antisemitische, ableistische, homophobe,transphobe etc. Kackscheiße jeder Art gerne verzichten.
Rauchen ist auf der Dachterrasse erlaubt.
Ein Plan für die Zombieapokalypse ist ebenfalls bereits ausgearbeitet worden. (müsste evtl mal wieder überarbeitet werden)
We are a little bit chaotic, we are sometimes cooking together or having a beer together, and we like to grill together on the roof balcony. On the roof balcony we grow some vegetables.
Sometimes we play games and if we are too lousy there is still a beamer to binge watch anytime. We live vegetarian and vegan and buy food solidaricly. That just means that anybody can take anything as long as there is no name written on it. That worked really well as long as I lived here.
Sometimes we went out together mostly to punk concerts. Another special interest is LARPing.
You can have guests over anytime here and a party is possible if you plan it with the others. But you do not have to be afraid of being disturbed while studying.
Smoking only on the roof teracce.
Our staircase is fully hung with politically left posters of concerts and demonstrations , sry but no german flags/jerseys allowed in here. Also stay the hell away if there is any sexism, racism, antisemitism, ableistism, homophobia,... in your heart.
