One of two rooms available. Flat is south-facing and sunny, with a nice central location near the city centre. The rent is 300 + approx 100 (Utilities + internet)
The location is quite, yet close enough to all major amenities. Just 1 min on foot to the Neues Rathaus and nearest bus stop. Within walking distance to ZOH, Bahnhof, Rotmain Centre and city centre.
My name is Nita (she/her), and I am a PhD student in Plant Ecology. I am conscious of keeping shared space clean, and relatively quiet. I enjoy the outdoors and travelling. I'm looking for a flatmate who is considerate of shared space.
I can speak some basic German but I'm still learning.
I will be away until April, but my friend Shasank will be available to show the flat.
