We, Lisa (27, student and teacher) and Tim (20, Azubi) are searching for a new roommate.
Tim is always busy going to concerts( mostly Punk) and Lisa loves cooking for friends and reading.
To us, having an open and friendly atmosphere in the flat is very important. We like cooking together, chatting and living the WG lifestyle, but also enjoy our time alone.
There is also a middle sized dog living with us. Claire is friendly and enjoys sleeping.
If you really dont like dogs, this room is not your pick as you should be fine to be alone in the flat with her, when Lisa is working.
The flat is located in Hellersdorf (4 minutes to Kaulsdorf Nord Station U5 —> 15 minutes to Ostkreuz). The Flat is in the 6th floor ( no elevator). There are many supermarkets close to us.
If we get along very well, there is an option to extend till summer ( we will give you more information, when we meet in Person)
Peferably, we would like to get to know you in Person on wednesday evening (29.01)
