* Küchengeräte: Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen und Besteck verbleiben in der Wohnung und können genutzt werden.
* Neukölln und Kreuzberg sind 15 Minuten // Sbahn Treptower Park ist 9 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle zum Ostkreuz ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
