Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, liegt jedoch in einer ruhigen Straße. Die Miete beträgt 770 € und umfasst alle Nebenkosten (Wasser, Strom, Heizung und Internet), jedoch ohne ARD-Gebühr.
Einzugsdatum: Flexibel.
Mietdauer: Flexibel, langfristig möglich.
Es handelt sich um eine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, die du mit mir teilen würdest. Die Wohnung ist LGBTQIA+-freundlich.
Du kannst das Zimmer selbst einrichten oder ich kann ein Bett, einen Schrank, einen Tisch und einen Stuhl für dich organisieren.
Der Einzugstermine ist flexibel, und ich lasse diese Anzeige für ein paar Tage online. Bitte nehmen Sie sich Zeit, um zu beschreiben, was Sie beruflich machen, wann Sie einziehen möchten, wie lange Sie bleiben möchten, eine kurze Beschreibung von sich selbst und was Sie von einer WG erwarten.

I’m offering a 20 m² room in Alt-Treptow for long-term rent with Anmeldung.
The apartment is on the ground floor but located on a quiet street. The rent is €770, which includes all utilities (water, electricity, heating, and internet), but excludes ARD fees.
Deposit: 2 months’ warm rent.
Rental period: Flexible, long-term is also possible.
It’s a 2-room apartment, so you would be sharing the space with me. The apartment is LGBTQIA+ friendly.
You can furniture the room your self or I can organise a bed, closet/regal, table and chair for you.
Move-in date is flexible and I will keep this advert online for a few days. Please take your time to describe what you do, when you would like to move in, how long you plan to stay, a short description of yourself, and what you expect from a WG.

Alt-Treptow in Berlin ist eine grüne und praktische Gegend, die eine perfekte Balance zwischen Ruhe und urbanem Leben bietet. Die Kiefholzstraße ist eine ruhige Straße, nahe an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und nur einen kurzen Weg vom lebhaften Kreuzberg entfernt.
Die Nachbarschaft liegt in der Nähe des Treptower Parks, und alle wichtigen Geschäfte (Supermarkt, LPG, Post etc.) sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Ich wohne selbst in der Wohnung, bin 31 Jahre alt, Architektin aus Slowenien und führe auch mein eigenes Unternehmen. Ich arbeite viel, daher liegen meine WG-Party-Zeiten hinter mir. Ich bin freundlich, queer, flexibel und ordentlich.
Gerne können wir einen kurzen Zoom-Call vereinbaren, um alle Details zur Wohnung zu besprechen, und danach einen Besichtigungstermin planen.
