Hallo zusammen,
Ich ziehe aus meinem Zimmer in einer gemütlichen 2-Personen-WG aus und suche eine weibliche Mitbewohnerin. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und lichtdurchflutet. Ich kann das Zimmer entweder unmöbliert oder mit den nötigsten Möbeln vermieten, darunter ein Nachttisch, eine Kleiderstange, ein Schreibtisch, ein Stuhl, ein Spiegel und Beleuchtung. Leider gibt es kein Bett, aber es gibt eine Matratze auf dem Boden (Doppelgröße, in der Mitte geteilt und übereinander gelegt; nicht perfekt gleichmäßig, aber es funktioniert).
Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen und Geschirrspüler ausgestattet, alles in gutem Zustand. Meine persönlichen Küchengeräte nehme ich mit. Im Badezimmer gibt es eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist eine unglaublich nette und unkomplizierte Person, und sie hat zwei Katzen, die meist in ihrem Zimmer bleiben. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Alt-Tempelhof, eingebettet zwischen zwei schönen Parks. Man wacht mit Vogelgezwitscher auf, in einer sehr ruhigen und sauberen Nachbarschaft. Es sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß durch den Park zur U-Bahn-Station Alt-Tempelhof und 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur S-Bahn-Station Tempelhof, mit guten Verkehrsverbindungen.
Ich suche jemanden, der ab heute bis Ende August bleibt, mit einem Auszugsdatum um den 28. August, da die Wohnung am Monatsende gestrichen wird. Die Miete beträgt 500 Euro pro Monat, alle Nebenkosten inklusive, mit einer Kaution von 1000 Euro. Ich bin bei den Daten flexibel, also meldet euch gerne!

I'm moving out of my room in a lovely 2-person WG, and I'm looking for a female flatmate. The room is spacious and filled with natural light. I can offer the room either unfurnished or with essential furniture, including a nightstand, a clothes rack, a desk, a chair, a mirror, and lighting. Unfortunately, there is no bed, but there is a mattress on the floor (double size, cut in half and stacked; not perfectly even, but it works).
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher, all in good condition. I'll be taking my personal kitchen equipment with me. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine.
My flatmate is an incredibly kind and easy-going person, and she has two cats that mostly stay in her room. The apartment is located in Alt-Tempelhof, nestled between two beautiful parks. You'll wake up to the sound of birds chirping in a very calm and clean neighborhood. It's a 5-minute walk through the park to the U Alt-Tempelhof station and a 15-minute walk to the S Tempelhof station, offering great transport connections.
I'm looking for someone to stay from today until the end of August, with a move-out date around August 28th as the apartment will be painted at the end of the month. The rent is 500 euros per month, all utilities included, with a deposit of 1000 euros. I'm flexible with the dates, so feel free to reach out!
