Hi, I'm moving out of my beloved WG where I've been for the past 2 years, and my lovely roommates are looking for someone to replace me.
My room is the smallest in the apartment. It comes furnished just with a mattress, a clothing rack, and a bookcase. You could definitely fit more in here, there's enough space for a desk or a bigger bed!
It's a quiet and peaceful space with a view of the backyard and trees.
The WG is located in Baumschulenweg – right below Neukölln.
It's a 10 minute walk from the Baumschulenweg SBahn Station (S8, S85, S9, S46, S47), and a 12 minute bus ride to SBahnhof Sonnenalle (S41, S42). 4 minutes walk to the M41 bus.
The area is quiet and green, with the Konigsheide Forest and Plänterwald close by.
My roommates are both German, and speak English well. Ulya (23) studies literature, and Timo (25) politics. They're both sweet and open to spending time together but enjoy their privacy as well.
We're looking for someone who will get along with them and the peaceful atmosphere of the apartment.
