Für ein kleines teilmöbliertes Zimmer in unserer großen Altbauwohnung suchen wir auf Zeit oder für länger eine nette Mitbewohnerin. Uns ist ein respektvoller und unterstützender Umgang miteinander wichtig und wenn du einen gesunden Lebensstil (kaum Alkohol, kein Nikotin u.a. Substanzen) schätzt, dann wirst du dich bei uns wohlfühlen.
Freue dich auf eine sehr große Wohnküche, in der wir uns gerne an asiatisch und mediterran orientierter Küche ausprobieren (vorwiegend vegetarisch), oft eher improvisiert als mit echten Kochkünsten.
Das Zimmer ist mit Holzfußboden und zurzeit recht leer (s. Foto), weitere Möbel können aber nach Absprache gestellt werden.
We are looking for a female roommate to share our peaceful flat. We offer a small and partially furnished room for a limited period (approximately 3 to 6 months) in a spacious apartment in a typical "Berliner Altbau" (wooden floors and high ceilings). Enjoy a spacious kitchen for healthy cooking, which also serves as living room. We value a supportive and respectful living environment. If you value occasional shared cooking activities (vegetarian or flexitarian most of the time) and a mostly sober lifestyle, you will feel at home with us.
Sleeping accommodation (e.g. futon or sofa bed), wardrobe and possibly other furniture can be provided upon request (also a cupboard and possibly additional furniture).
Typischer Berliner Altbau im 3. OG in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße mit vier Minuten Fußweg zur S-Bahn. Die Lage in Treptow bietet viel Natur und Parks (Treptower Park, Königsheide, Wuhlheide, …) in unmittelbarer Nähe, Plänterwald und Spree sind fünf Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Urbanere Gegenden mit Cafés und Restaurants (Kreuzberg, Ostkreuz von Sonntagsraße bis Kollwitzkiez) sind mit Fahrrad und/oder S-Bahn gut erreichbar. Bei Bedarf kommt man auch mit Fahrrad und weitgehend im Grünen über Karlshorst bis nach Köpenick und darüber hinaus.
Typical Berlin "Altbau" in a quiet side street, five minutes' walk to the S-Bahn and two S-Bahn stops to Neukölln.The location in Treptow is very green, Plänterwald and Spree are a five-minute walk and from here you can get e.g. to the well-known Treptower Park.
Your flatmates are a student of Communication Design with a passion for cooking Asian cuisine, board games, cartoons and visual design arts and an IT worker with a passion for Pilates and virtually all kind of moving in general and with deep interest in photography, technology, biology, health, life-science, psychology and spirituality.
