I am renting out a nice 15 sqm room in my beautiful, cozy apartment in the heart of Berlin's trendiest neighborhood, Neukölln (Kreuzkölln), for €25 per night, in a flexible period between now and August 8, 2024. The majority of the time, I (the main tenant) will also be present in the apartment.
The apartment is fully furnished, and I will ensure you have ample space to store your personal belongings and clothes. Fresh bed linens and towels will be provided, along with a 140 cm wide bed. Wi-Fi, a desk, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, and much more are also included.
During this time, you will be living in a cozy, stylish, quiet, and well-organized space. The rear building apartment gets plenty of light in the afternoon, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Whether you are in Berlin to explore the city, on a business trip, or looking for a temporary solution, you will find a cozy oasis here.
Culinary delights abound right outside the door, and Tempelhofer Feld as well as various beautiful places by the water are just around the corner.
Parties, smoking, photoshoots, or similar activities are not allowed in the apartment.
