It is the most beautiful room in a very beautiful apartment!
Size: about 16 sqm, furnished with bed (90x200cm), sofa, shelf, large wardrobe and a desk.
The room has a direct view of a beautiful park that is only intended for the residents of the settlement (gated). mezzanine.
You have your own bathroom with toilet, sink and shower.
The apartment is very spacious overall with high ceilings (old building), has a terrace and two bathrooms.
Registration is unfortunately not possible.
Sonniges und ruhiges Zimmer mit Blick auf den Park . Es ist das schönste Zimmer in einer sehr schönen Wohnung!
Größe ca 16 qm, gut geschnitten, voll möbliert mit Einzelbett (90x200cm), Sofa, Regal, großem Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch.
Die Aussicht ist direkt in den Park mit alten Bäumen, der Park gehört zur Wohnsiedlung.
Zum Zimmer gehört auch Dein eigenes Badezimmer (ca 4 qm) mit Dusche, Waschbecken und Toilette.
Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnitten und geräumig, in einem Altbau, der umgebaut worden ist. Es gibt eine Terasse und insgesamt 2 Badezimmer.
Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.

We are a small family, my daughter is currently abroad for a couple of months, so this room is currently available. It's the most beautiful room in the whole apartment!
I am 49 years old and work full-time, my son is 11 years old and goes to school. We mostly cook ourselves, eat vegetarian (me) and also meat (my son). I play the guitar as a beginner, but we also have an electric piano and violins in the house.
A tomcat is also part of the household, so you shouldn't have an allergy to cat hair.
We speak German as a native language, but also English and I am currently reactivating my Russian language skills. My son would appreciate if you speak a little German at least...
We mainly spend time in our large kitchen-living room; there is no separate living room. That's why agreements are important when it comes to kitchen use. Kitchen is fully equipped.
We want to be in touch, but we also need peace and quiet. In general we are relaxed and quiet and tidy.
Wir sind eine kleine Familie, zur Zeit ist meine Tochter länger im Ausland, deshalb ist dieses Zimmer aktuell frei. Es ist das schönste Zimmer der ganzen Wohnung!
Ich bin 49 Jahre und voll berufstätig, mein Sohn ist 11 Jahre alt und geht zur Schule. Wir kochen meistens selbst, essen vegetarisch (ich) und auch Fleisch (der Sohn). Ich spiele als Anfängerin Gitarre, wir haben aber auch ein E Piano und Geigen im Haus.
Ein Kater gehört auch zum Haushalt, Du solltest also keine Katzenhaar-Allergie haben.
Wir sprechen deutsch als Muttersprache, aber auch englisch und ich reaktiviere gerade meine russischen Sprachkenntnisse. Mein Sohn würde sich sehr freuen, wenn Du ein bisschen deutsch sprichst.
Wir halten uns hauptsächlich in unserer großen Wohnküche auf, ein getrenntes Wohnzimmer gibt es nicht. Deshalb sind Absprachen bei der Küchennutzung wichtig. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was so gebraucht wird...
Wir haben Lust auf Kontakt, brauchen aber auch Ruhe und Rückzug. Insgesamt sind wir aber eher ein ruhiger Haushalt.
Who we are looking for as a subtenant?
To be honest: This is an experiment for us as family with a shared apartment, so it's only temporary for the time being. I had several shared experiences myself a few years ago, but not yet in family context. I work in a mentally demanding field, which is why I see my apartment as a place of refuge. I am therefore looking for an emotionally mature and independent person:
relaxed and friendly with children and cats
working or with a regular daily routine
as little home office as possible
preferably active during the day
neat/clean
capable of open yet friendly communication
emotionally/psychologically stable
non smoking
no drugs + substances, no or little alcohol
Music-making people are very welcome
preferably international
preferably aged 25 and over
Wen suchen wir als Untermieter?
Ganz ehrlich: Das ist für uns ein Experiment als Familie mit WG, deshalb erst mal nur kurz befristet. Ich habe selbst mehrere WG Erfahrungen vor einigen Jahren gemacht, aber noch nicht im Kontext mit Kind. Ich arbeite in einem psychisch recht fordernden Bereich, deshalb begreife ich meine Wohnung auch als Rückzugsort. Ich suche deshalb einen emotional reifen und selbstständigen Menschen:
entspannt und freundlich mit Kindern und Katzen
berufstätig oder mit geregeltem Tagesablauf
möglichst wenig home office
vorzugsweise tagesaktiv
ordentlich/ sauber
fähig zu offener und trotzdem freundlicher Kommunikation
emotional/ psychisch stabil
Nicht rauchend
keine Drogen, kein oder wenig Alkohol
kulturell vielseitig interessiert,
Musik machender Mensch willkommen
gerne international
vorzugsweise ab 25 Jahren
