Es liegt im Hinterhaus, was für eine angenehme Ruhe sorgt, obwohl du mitten im Geschehen von Neukölln bist. Zusätzlich gibt es einen eigenen Balkon – perfekt für entspannte Sommerabende.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und bietet alles, was du brauchst: Ein 140 cm breites Bett (inkl. Matratze), eine Kommode, ein Schreibtisch, ein Sessel, eine kleine Couch, ein Beistelltisch, Regale und eine Wäscheleine. Pflanzen können ebenfalls gestellt werden – wenn du keine magst, können wir sie auch rausnehmen.

You’re looking for a spacious, sunny room in Berlin? This 29m² room might be exactly what you need! It’s located in the back of the building, so it’s quiet despite being in the heart of Neukölln. Plus, there’s your own private balcony – perfect for relaxing summer evenings.
The room is fully furnished with everything you need: A 140 cm bed (with mattress), a chest of drawers, a desk, an armchair, a small couch, a side table, shelves, and a clothesline. Plants can also be added – if you’re not into plants, we can remove them too.
DE / Die Wohnung:
Unsere Wohnung ist geräumig, hell und ruhig – ein echtes Wohlfühl-Zuhause mit vielen Pflanzen. Wir legen großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und ein respektvolles Miteinander, deshalb halten wir die gemeinsamen Räume stets gepflegt. Natürlich erwarten wir, dass auch du ab und zu deinen Beitrag dazu leistest. Es ist keine Hotel-WG, aber wir verstehen uns als freundliche Gemeinschaft.
ENG / The Apartment:
Our apartment is spacious, bright, and quiet – a true feel-good home with lots of plants. We value cleanliness and mutual respect, so we keep the shared spaces clean and tidy. Of course, we expect you to pitch in from time to time. It’s not a hotel-style WG, but we aim to create a friendly, respectful community.

Hier wohnst du im hippen Neukölln – direkt am Kanal, mit vielen Parks, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, Supermärkte, Cafés und Shoppingmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Mit der M41-Buslinie direkt vor der Tür bist du schnell in ganz Berlin, die Ringbahn erreichst du in 7 Minuten oder 2 Haltestellen mit dem Bus. Auch die U7 ist nur 7 Minuten entfernt.
ENG / Location:
You’ll be living in the trendy Neukölln district – right by the canal, with plenty of parks, bars, and restaurants nearby. Everything is within walking distance, and supermarkets, cafés, and shopping centers are just a few minutes away. The M41 bus stops right in front of the building, connecting you to all of Berlin. The Ringbahn is a quick 7-minute ride or 2 bus stops away, and the U7 is just 7 minutes on foot.
Das WG-Leben:
Wir sind ein entspanntes, berufstätiges Paar (34-39 Jahre alt, aus Ghana und Deutschland). Die WG ist eher eine „Zweck-WG“, aber wenn es passt, trinken wir gerne mal zusammen ein Gläschen oder kochen ein gemeinsames Essen. Wir schätzen Ruhe und ein gutes Miteinander, aber natürlich auch die Gelegenheit für jeden, sich zurückzuziehen.
The Flatshare Life:
We’re a relaxed, working couple (ages 34-39, from Ghana and Germany). The flatshare is more of a "purpose-based" WG, but if it feels right, we’re happy to share a drink or cook a meal together. We value peace and good communication, but we also understand the need for personal space.
Wichtige Hinweise:
* Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.
* Der Mietzeitraum kann eventuell um einige Monate verlängert werden, aber das wird frühestens in ein paar Monaten klar.
* Wir suchen jemanden, der ebenfalls berufstätig ist oder studiert und gut zu unserem eher ruhigen Lebensstil passt.

* Registration is unfortunately not possible.
* The rental period may be extended for a few months, but this will only be clear in a few months.
* We’re looking for someone who is also employed or studying and fits well with our quieter lifestyle.

Zum Zusammenleben:
Wir sind offen für gelegentliche Gäste, aber regelmäßig fremde Leute mitbringen oder ständigen Besuch haben, ist nicht unser Ding. Ein einfaches Gespräch im Vorfeld reicht aus, damit jeder Bescheid weiß und es keine Überraschungen gibt – z.B. wenn jemand nachts auf Toilette muss. Kommunikation ist uns wichtig!
Living Together:
We’re open to occasional guests, but we prefer not to have strangers regularly visiting or having constant overnight stays. A simple heads-up in advance is all it takes, so no one is surprised – for example, if someone needs to use the bathroom at night. Communication is key!
