Die Wohnung befindet sich im Bruno-Taut-Ring, welcher sich aus einer Einbahnstraße bildet. Sie wurde 2020 neu saniert - das Badezimmer neu gemacht und verfügt über einen Handtuch-Heizkörper. Die Wohnung wird im Sommer ab 16 Uhr von der Sonne angestrahlt, weshalb sie auch bei warmen Temperaturen schön kühl bleibt.
Das Zimmer verfügt über eine große Fensterfront, von welcher aus man auf schöne ruhige Grünflächen schaut.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut:
7 Minuten zu Fuß zum U-Bahnhof Britz-Süd (U7). Mit der U-Bahnlinie 7 sind es nur 10 Minuten bis zur Ringbahn (S/U-Bahnhof Neukölln). Weitere Buslinien wie der 181 und der M46 sind innerhalb von maximal 7 Geh-Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Edeka und Kaufland sind alle in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

The apartment is located in the Bruno-Taut-Ring (one-way street). It was newly renovated in 2020 - the bathroom was redone and a towel radiator was added. In summer, the apartment is illuminated by the sun from 4 p.m., making it stay nice and cool inside even in warm temperatures.
The room has a large window front, from which you can look onto a beautiful quiet green area.
The apartment is well-located:
A 7-minute walk takes you to the underground station Britz-Süd (U7). With the subway line U7 it is only 10 minutes to the Ringbahn (S/U-Bahnhof Neukölln). Other bus lines such as the 181 and the M46 are within a maximum of 7 minutes walk. Shopping facilities such as Lidl, Edeka and Kaufland can all be reached in less than 10 minutes.

Hello ihr Wohnungssuchenden Menschen*,
ich bin Aymen, 26 Jahre alt und werde im Mai mein geliebtes WG-Zimmer abgeben müssen und suche nun erstmal für ein halbes Jahr eine*n Untermieter*in.
Die Wohnung teile ich mir seit 09/2024 mit Laura, meiner Mitbewohnerin, welche weiterhin in der Wohnung verbleiben und schon bald deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin wird. Ich vergebe mein Zimmer teilmöbiliert ab, die Details besprechen wir dann beim Kennenlernen würde ich sagen. :)
Nun übergebe ich die Stage an meine/ bald deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin. SPOT. LIGHT. ON.

Mein Name ist Laura (21) und ich wäre deine potentielle neue Mitbewohnerin. Ich bin vor kurzem nach Berlin gezogen, um hier zu studieren. Meine engsten Menschen würden mich als lebensfreudigen, lockeren und optimistischer Menschen beschreiben.
Abgesehen vom Studium habe ich viele Interessen, die je nach Saison und Stimmung variieren. Von kreativen Projekten bis hin zu verschiedenen Möglichkeiten, aktiv zu bleiben.
Ich liebe es, Zeit mit meinen Liebsten, meiner Familie und meinen Freunden zu verbringen. Spieleabende, Coffee-Dates, gemeinsames Kochen/Backen oder auch nur über über Gott und die Welt reden.
Trotzdem schätze ich es von Zeit zu Zeit, meine Tür zu schließen und etwas Zeit für mich zu genießen (80 % davon mit der Lösung mathematischer Probleme).
Ich wünsche mir von meiner/meinem zukünftigen Mitbewohner*in, dass sie respektvoll mit der Wohnung und den darin enthaltenen Möbeln und Küchengeräten umgeht.
Ich wünsche mir eine zuverlässige, ordentliche Person. Außerdem ist es mir wichtig, dass ein respektvoller Umgang als Grundwert verstanden und gelebt wird.
Schreibt doch gerne eine kleine Nachricht, in der ihr euch vorstellt, dann vereinbaren wir nen Treffen und schauen, ob die Vorstellungen von einem gemeinsamen WG- Leben matchen :)

Apart from studying, I have lots of interests, depending on season and mood. Reaching from creative projects over to different ways of staying active.
I love spending time with my loved-ones, family and friends. Game nights, coffee dates, cooking/baking together or even just talking about whatever speaks to our souls.
Still, from time to time, I appreciate to close my door and enjoy some me-time (80% of which is spend solving maths problems).
I would like my future roommate to treat the apartment, furniture and kitchen appliances in a respectful manner.
I am looking for a reliable and tidy person. In addition, respectful communication should be understood and lived as a basic value.
