I’m Almire and I’m looking for a friendly and respectful new flatmate to move in. If you’re someone who values kindness, open communication, and a cooperative vibe, we might be a great match!
Here are a few things that matter to me:
• I’m a morning person who enjoys starting the day early. If you’re also like this, would be great!
• Clean and tidy, with a habit of regularly cleaning the shared spaces.
• Keeping the noise to the lowest during sleeping and working hours, considerate, respecting each other’s routines and boundaries. (No parties)
• ‼️Genuine and kind, with a direct, healthy and friendly way of communicating.‼️ (This is the most important thing because I value inner peace very much)
🙌🏽One thing about the room is that, its an empty room without any furniture (I went through that phase and it’s pretty tough, please be prepared for that😂), but we can share my stuff that’s already in the kitchen if you’re willing to pay a bit, we can talk about it later.
🙌🏽It is available for an Anmeldung, contract starts from 1 year, and you can extend it if you like
🙌🏽You have to be registered on the portal of Studierendenwerk Berlin because this is their apartment
🙌🏽The rent starts from February 1st, 2025. But I need to be sure about ✨the fact✨that you are moving in by January 18th, because I had to sign a form and recommend you to live in the dorm (bureaucracy takes time), they will need a copy of your passport/ID together with the form, I’ll send it to the dorm manager.

I’m a 26-year-old Master’s student at FU under the Institute of history and cultural studies, I have been living in Berlin for a year now, and my German is still broken😂(jk I’m at B1 level now haha) My studies mostly deal with politics and culture together as a regional study, which I enjoyed. For me, instead of small talks I prefer deep conversation and thoughts exchange, I like to get different intakes from all kinds of people, agreeing to disagree, being inclusive and embracing the differences. 🌍💭
I love learning languages and finding beauty in them. I’m also a huge art fan and I enjoy painting and sketching as one of my expressions.
I’ve been living in shared apartments since 7 years ago so I understand the importance of effective communication and maintaining harmony in the house. I’m a tidy person so I tend to clean up the “scene” right after my cooking😂, and I would love it if we can take turns to clean up the shared areas.
