-Wichtig: Ich lege Wert auf Ordnung. Es gibt keinen Putzplan! – mehr dazu unten.
Hi, ich bin Galia (33) und lebe in einer schönen 3 Zimmer flachen Dachgeschoss Wohnung mit Fahrstuhl in Wilmersdorf. Das Haus ist ein 60er Jahre Neu/Altbau (höhere Decken). Das Zimmer ist zirka 15m2 groß, Möbliert mit Bett, Kommoden, Nachttisch, Schreibtisch, Couchtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderständer und Gästecouch. Ihr könnt euch es selbst umstellen wie ihr wollt. Draußen habt ihr einen sehr weiten Himmelblick und zu Boden ein einfaches Laminat, sowie zwei Fenster, von welches eins ein Moskitonetz hat. Da es sich um ein Dachgeschoss handelt, ist es im Sommer warm und muss im Winter gut beheizt werden. Den Ventilator könnt Ihr gerne nutzen. Es gibt auch einen tollen großen neuen Kühlschrank
Wichtig: Ich putze die shared spaces (Flur, Küche, Bad) regelmäßig, weshalb du dich nicht darum kümmern brauchst. WICHTIG ist jedoch, dass du ordentlich bist und in geteilten Spaces alles, was du verwendest, auch wegräumst. Keine Angst, ich werde jetzt nicht dein Zimmer putzen (höchstens Staubsaugen wenn du willst). Es bedeutet nur, dass du dir um einen Putzplan keinen Kopf machen brauchst. Es sollte nur alles weggeräumt sein.

Hi, my name is Galia, Im 33yrs old and live in a 3 room rooftop in Wilmersdorf with elevator. The apartment is from the 60s with higher roofs and the room is about 15m2 big. It comes with FURNITURE incl. a bed, nightstand, drawers, guest couch, table and chair. you can decorate it as you wish. The view is fantastic and the floor is newly made. Since it is a rooftop apartment, it is hot in summer and cold in winter. It always has to be aired well and heated in winter.
Important: clean and order is a must. I will clean the all the shared spaces (hallway, kitchen, bathroom), it just
important that you dont leave anything lying around in shared spaces. There is a brand new giant fridge.
Dont worry, I wont clean your room, it only means that i will clean the shared spaces regulary and you dont have to think about it. Its only important that you dont leave your stuff around <3

Bitte seit mir aber nicht böse wenn ich oft nach der arbeit (grafik+einzelhandel) gerne einfach in meinem zimmer ausruhe und allein sein mag.
Ich freue mich besonders über praktikanten, leute die eine Wohnung suchen und berufstätige! Studenten sind auch gern gesehen :)
