Die Wohnung ist unterteilt in ein wunderschönes großes Wohn - und Schlafzimmer mit Bett, Sofabett und Fernseher.
Die Küche ist in zwei Räume unterteilt und ich könnte mir vorstellen, einen als Wohnraum mit dir gemeinsam gemütlicher einzurichten.

The entire living space is shared, because functional living means that none of the residents have their own room. Instead, all rooms are shared.
The apartment is divided into a beautiful large living and bedroom with high ceilings, wooden floors, and large windows a sofa bed and a TV.
The kitchen is separate and I could imagine furnishing it more comfortably together with you. It is fully equipped with modern appliances, fridge, oven, electric stove... .
Es befinden sich eine Menge Lebensmittel - und Einkaufsläden im gesamten Bezirk und vor deiner Haustür. Außerdem Restaurants, Kinos, Bars, Theater und Clubs. Das Zimmer liegt sehr ruhig zum Innenhof und es ist daher schön ruhig.
There are plenty of grocery stores and stores throughout the district and on your doorstep. There are also restaurants, cinemas, bars, theaters and clubs. The room faces the inner courtyard and is therefore very quiet.
Die gesamte Wohnung wird gemeinschaftlich genutzt, sie ist ein sicheres Zuhause und dient der Entspannung und Erholung. Wenn wir uns gut verstehen und du eine Person bist, die gut Rücksicht nehmen kann, freue ich mich mit dir zusammen zu wohnen. Ich bin sehr kommunikativ und immer viel unterwegs. Wenn es die Zeit und Energie hergeben, können wir gerne gemeinsam Berlin erkunden.
