Full access to the kitchen (dishes, pots and pans,) There is a dishwasher & washing machine.
The bathroom has a bathtub :-)
Drug use and smoking are strictly prohibited in the room and in the whole flat.
Discretion with alcohol is requested.

the flat will be free, except between December 18 and January 8th, it will be shared with a young man studying.
as this is a short term sublet, my things will stay in the room, and space will be freed up for your belongings.
you will have a whole closet for your things, 2 big drawers and a small computer table to work.
there are weights, a yoga mat and a kettle bell. the room is nice and spacious enough to work out.
*shall i need to come back to Germany temporarily during that period, I will stay in my flat and sleep in my meditation room.

da es sich um eine kurzfristige untervermietung handelt, bleiben meine sachen im zimmer und es wird platz für deine sachen frei.
du hast einen ganzen schrank für deine sachen, 2 große schubladen und einen kleinen computertisch zum arbeiten.
es gibt gewichte, eine yoga-matte und eine kettle bell. das zimmer ist schön und geräumig genug, um zu trainieren.
*Sollte ich während dieser Zeit vorübergehend nach Deutschland zurückkehren müssen, werde ich in meiner Wohnung bleiben und in meinem Meditationsraum schlafen.
