My lovely, spacious and sunny room is available for a longer term rental. It’s not clear how long exactly. 6 months sublet with the option of extending. No Anmeldung is possible at the moment.
It is unfurnished with high ceilings, beautiful oven, and wooden floors and doors. It’s a private room in a four person shared flat. There is also a living room and the kitchen and a spare room for guests and to hang up washing.
Responsibilities
There is a weekly cleaning rotation. Every week someone cleans the whole flat. That means every four weeks you have to take the time to clean the apartment. This is non-negotiable.
When it is not your cleaning week, it is still important to keep the apartment tidy. For example, washing the mirror in the bathroom or wiping the surfaces in the kitchen, etc.
Everyone is very warm and likes cooking together every now and again. But we also have jobs and a lot to do. So it is a mix between communal friendly exchange and also focused working.
An interview or two with my housemates is compulsory. They will make the final decision of who they would like to live with.
Because I receive many requests, it is not possible to apply to everyone. Please respect if I don’t respond that there have been too many requests. Thank you!

Verantwortungen
Jede Woche putzt einer person die ganze Wohnung. Das bedeutet, dass du dich alle vier Wochen die Zeit nehmen müssen, die Wohnung zu reinigen.
Und auch wenn es nicht deine Putzwoche ist, ist es wichtig, die Wohnung sauber zu halten. Zum Beispiel den Spiegel im Bad waschen oder die Oberflächen in der Küche abwischen usw.
Wir sind alle sehr herzlich und kochen gerne zusammen. Aber wir haben auch Arbeit und viel zu tun. Es ist also eine Mischung aus gemeinschaftlichem, freundschaftlichem Austausch und konzentriertem Arbeiten.
Weil so viele Leute sich melden, passiert ist, dass ich nicht immer alle Nachrichten lesen kann. Bitte verstehe das, wenn ich nicht zurückschreibe es nicht an dir liegt, es liegt nur daran, dass ich schon zu viele Benachrichtigungen bekommen habe.
We well connected and have the S 3,5,7 and the U7 / U2 only 5-7 min by foot. The ring is one station away. There are many supermarkets, shops and good well priced restaurants close by.
There is a lake with a park right around the corner and both Tiergarten and Grünewald are very close by, 10 min by train and 15 min by bike. There are lovely coffee and cake shops at the lake and cute dogs to watch. Tennis tables are also abundant.

Wir sind gut angebunden und haben die S 3,5,7 und die U7 / U2 nur 5-7 min zu Fuß. Der Ring ist nur eine Station entfernt. Es gibt viele Supermärkte, Geschäfte und gute, preiswerte Restaurants in der Nähe.
Ein See mit Park ist gleich um die Ecke und sowohl Tiergarten als auch Grünewald sind ganz in der Nähe, 10 min mit der Bahn und 15 min mit dem Fahrrad. Am See gibt es nette Kaffee- und Kuchengeschäfte und süße Hunde, die man beobachten kann. Tennisplätze sind auch reichlich vorhanden.
This is a warm friendly WG :) The apartment and kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. We enjoy living together, spending time with each other, but also are respectful and give each other space. There is a weekly rotating cleaning schedule where each person has a turn to clean the whole apartment. So you have to clean the whole once every 5 weeks plus keep it tidy on a daily basis.
If you want to stay here you have to engage respectfully and attentively with everyone and everything. It's important that everyone feels safe and at home in this space. We are all very communicative and caring and would like someone who has a similar attitude.
We would prefer if you did not work from home as it can get quite crowded if everyone is working from home.
Dies ist eine warme freundliche WG :) Die Wohnung und Küche ist geräumig und voll ausgestattet. Wir leben gerne zusammen, verbringen Zeit miteinander, sind aber auch respektvoll und geben einander Raum. Es gibt einen wöchentlich wechselnden Putzplan, bei dem jede Person einmal die ganze Wohnung putzt. So musst du einmal alle 5 Wochen die ganze Wohnung putzen aber auch tägliche Sauberkeit aber beachten. Es ist wichtig, dass alle Mitbewohner respektvoll und aufmerksam mit jedem und allem umgehen, damit sich jeder in diesem Raum sicher und zu Hause fühlt. Wir sind alle sehr kommunikativ und fürsorglich und wünschen uns jemanden, der eine ähnliche Einstellung hat.
Vorzugsweise arbeitest du nicht von Zuhause aus, da es ziemlich eng werden kann, wenn alle von Zuhause aus arbeiten.
