I would like to sublet my beautiful room in a nice 5-person shared flat from the 01.MARCH 2025 till 31.Juli.2025, with the possibility to have a extention in July for some months more.
The room is fully furnished and the apartment is equipped with everything you need.
Anmeldung is possible!
Die WG ist perfekt angebunden, praktisch vor der Haustür fahren zwei U-Bahn Linien und die S-Bahn Station Charlottenburg ist in unter 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Diverse Supermärkte, Restaurants und ein Einkaufszentrum sind auch in der Nähe.
Da die WG im Hinterhaus liegt ist es trotzdem ruhig.
The flat is perfectly connected with two subway lines and the Charlottenburg S-Bahn station close.
Various supermarkets, restaurants and a shopping center are also nearby.
Die WG besteht aus Ilias, Juliett,Ricky und Olivia die zurzeit arbeiten, studieren oder beides.
Alle sind kommunikativ und offen, wir sitzen gerne mal zum essen, quatschen oder Fernsehen zusammen oder kochen gemeinsam. Leider gibt es kein Wohnzimmer, Ilias stellt sein Zimmer inklusive Netflix aber meistens zur Verfügung :)
Natürlich hat aber auch jeder in seinem Zimmer seine Ruhe.
The roommates are Ilias, Juliette, Olivia and Rickz, who are currently working, studying or both.
Everyone is communicative and open, we like to sit together to eat, chat or watch TV.
Of course, everyone has their peace and quiet in their room.
I am Rocio, the owner of the room and I will be traveling indefinitely for the time being. I will sublet in this period but then we will see what happens. IM LOOKING FOR SOMEONE QUIET WHO REALLY TAKES CARE OF MY ROOM AND MY PLANTS WHEN IM NOT HERE.
In der Miete ist alles alles enthalten, inklusive WG-Kasse für alles was wir gemeinsam nutzen.
