Unser Mitbewohner Leo zieht zwischenzeitlich aus da er reisen wird. Deshalb wird sein schönes Zimmer in diesem Zeitraum zur Zwischenmiete frei. Das Einzugsdatum wäre der 22.01.25 und das Auszugsdatum der 31.03.26 (beides etwas flexibel)
Das Zimmer ist 17qm groß, kostet 430€ warm, Internet etc. inklusive. Es ist schön hell, mit direktem Blick auf den Lietzensee! Es gibt eine kleine Küche der zum gemütlichen Sitzen und Quatschen einlädt. Wir haben auch ein Bad mit Badewanne :)
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert! Dafür wird eine Kaution von 400€ fällig sein. Aber du wirst trotzdem genug Stauraum für Klamotten etc. haben.
Anmeldung ist möglich!
English:
Our roommate Leo is moving out temporarily as he will be traveling. Therefore his nice room will be available for interim rent during this period. The move-in date would be 22.01.25 and the move-out date 31.03.26 (both somewhat flexible)
The room is 17sqm, costs 430€ warm, internet etc. included. It is nice and bright, with a direct view of the Lietzensee! There is a small kitchen and a table that invites you to sit and chat. We also have a bathroom with a bathtub :)
The room is fully furnished! A deposit of 400€ will be required. But you will still have enough storage space for clothes etc.
Anmeldung is possible!
