Hi everyone!

I am moving out of my much-loved room in Friedenau in a beautiful shared 2-bedroom flat with a lovely housemate.

The apartment is located in an old building with high ceilings and wooden floors. The room is 27 sqm, and the flat in total is 70 sqm, with a large living room and a spacious kitchen. The total rent is 650€, including all additional costs.

The room is bright and features beautiful high ceilings and wooden floors.
The kitchen comes equipped with a stove, oven, sink, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
The bathroom includes a washing machine.
We have plenty of storage space, including a walk-in wardrobe for jackets and shoes. There is also a spacious closet in the hallway where everything else can be stored.
Additionally, there is a bike storage room on the ground floor.

The apartment is a five-minute walk from the S + U train station Bundesplatz (Ringbahn and U9) and seven minutes from the U3 (Rüdesheimer Platz). By bike, you can reach the S1 (Friedenau) in five to ten minutes.
You can also get anywhere else in Berlin quickly; for example, Kurfürstendamm (Kudamm) is just 10 minutes away by train.

Friedenau is a peaceful and green residential area where you can take care of everything, enjoy a coffee, or go for walks.

The Volkspark is nearby, perfect for some greenery, a picnic, or an evening run.

You’ll be living with Bianca (28 years), a lovely Italian girl with whom I always enjoy cooking, laughing, having dinner, going on trips, and having movie nights with the projector. :) If you ever need some time for yourself after a long day of studying or work, that’s perfectly fine too. We’ve always had the best and most easygoing times, and we’re looking for someone who enjoys shared flat life but also appreciates some time for themselves.
