ich suche ab sofort eine/n Zwischenmieter/in (Einzelperson) für mein schönes, helles 1,5 Zimmer in einer WG mit 2 weiteren Mitbewohnern.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen zwischen den S Bahnhöfen Treptower Park und Ostkreuz, jeweils 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Stralauer Halbinsel und der Treptower Park liegen direkt um die Ecke.
Die Wohnung liegt im 5. (obersten) OG und hat einen großen Balkon zum draußen sitzen. Sie besteht aus 7 Zimmern, 2 Bäder mit Badewanne, Flur, Abstellkammer, und einem hellen Wohnzimmer mit Küche.
WICHTIG: Leider keine Anmeldung möglich!
Die Miete beträgt 470 EUR pro Monat inkl. Nebenkosten, Strom & Internet (wird dann auf den Tag heruntergerechnet sofern die gesamte Dauer der Untermiete nicht genau drei Monate lang ist).
Zum Mietbeginn müsstet ihr außerdem eine Kaution in Höhe von 470 EUR bezahlen, die zum Ende des Mietvertrags selbstverständlich zurückgezahlt wird sofern keine Beanstandungen vorliegen. (Können wir verabreden)

Hello everyone,
I am looking for a temporary tenant (single person) for my nice, bright 1.5 room in a shared flat with 2 other flatmates.
The apartment is in a great location between the Treptower Park and Ostkreuz S-Bahn stations, each a 10-15 minute walk away. The Stralau Halbinsel and Treptower Park are just around the corner.
The apartment is on the 5th (top) floor and has a large balcony to sit outside. It consists of 7 rooms, 2 bathrooms with bathtub, hallway, storage room, and a bright living room with kitchen.
IMPORTANT: Unfortunately no registration is possible!
The rent is 470 EUR per month including utilities, electricity & internet (will be calculated per day if the total duration of the sublease is not exactly three months).
You will also have to pay a deposit of 470 EUR at the start of the tenancy, which will of course be refunded at the end of the tenancy agreement if there are no complaints.
