Hey, ich vermiete mein wunderschönes WG-Zimmer während ich im Urlaub bin vom 30. Januar bis zum 12. März
(das Zimmer ist flexibel bis zum 16. März zu haben).
Ich suche eine entspannte und ruhige Person, die Lust auf eine gute Zeit in meinem Zimmer hat.
Meine Mitbewohnerinnen sind super sympathisch und du wirst dich bestimmt wohlfühlen.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Himmelbett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderstange und einer kleinen Sitzecke, viele Pflanzen und eine warme Atmosphäre machen es besonders gemütlich.
Die Wohnung selbst hat eine sehr große Wohnküche mit großem Esstisch und einer Sofaecke. In der Küche ist alles an üblicher Einrichtung (Geschirrspüler ebenfalls) vorhanden. Das Bad ist auch groß und hell.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt in der Anbindung, die Tramhaltestelle M10, der Bus 240 und der UBahnhof-Frankfurter Tor sowie Warschauer Straße sind fußläufig direkt ums Eck. Bars, Restaurants, ein schöner Wochenmarkt sowie Supermarkt und alles was man sonst so braucht finden sich auch in direkter Umgebung.
Wir sind entspannte Mädels, die sehr gerne zusammen leben und die Wohnung als Rückzugsort genießen.
Ich bin Künstlerin und angehende Kunstlehrerin, liebe das reisen und Ausflüge mit dem Camper oder in Museen.
Meine lieben Mitbewohnerinnen arbeiten beide im Sozial gestalterischen Bereich.
Franzi arbeitet für einen Freien Träger von Jugendclubs und Kinderläden. Sie liebt Waldspaziergänge und verbringt im Sommer gerne Zeit in ihrem gemütlichen Bauwagen in Brandenburg.
Natalie absolviert ein Praktikum im Bereich der Entwicklungsförderung, sie liest gerne und unternimmt Ausflüge in die Natur oder nach Frankreich.
So fern es die Zeit erlaubt, sitzen wir gerne gemeinsam bei einem Kaffee oder Tee zusammen und tauschen uns über das Leben aus. Jeder hat hier seinen Rückzugsort und uns ist es wichtig, dass man offen kommuniziert.
Außerdem sind wir große Freunde der Sauberkeit.

Hey, I'm renting out my beautiful room in my shared-flat while I'm on vacation from January 30th to March 12th
(the room is available flexibly until March 16th).
I'm looking for a relaxed and calm person who wants to have a good time in my room.
My roommates are super friendly and you will definitely feel at home.
The room is furnished with a four-poster bed, desk, clothes rail and a small seating area, lots of plants and a warm atmosphere make it particularly comfortable.
The apartment itself has a very large kitchen-living room with a large dining table and a sofa corner. The kitchen has all the usual equipment (including a dishwasher). The bathroom is also large and bright.
The apartment has perfect connections, the M10 tram stop, the 240 bus and the Frankfurter Tor subway station and Warschauer Straße are within walking distance right around the corner.
Bars, restaurants, a beautiful weekly market, a supermarket and everything else you need can also be found in the immediate vicinity.
We are relaxed girls who love living together and enjoy the apartment as a retreat.
I am an artist and aspiring art teacher, love traveling and trips in the camper or to museums.
My dear roommates both work in the social design field.
Franzi works for an independent provider of youth clubs and children's shops. She loves walks in the forest and spends time in her cozy trailer in Brandenburg in the summer.
Natalie is completing an internship in the area of development support, she enjoys reading and taking trips to nature or France.
As long as time allows, we like to sit together over coffee or tea and talk about life. Everyone has their own retreat here and it is important to us that we communicate openly. We are also big fans of cleanliness.
