Hallo liebe Zimmersuchende(n), ich habe die Texte in Englisch geschrieben damit soviele wie möglich es lesen können. Du kannst aber sehr gerne auch auf Deutsch reagieren.
!!! KEINE ANMELDUNG !!! NO REGISTRATION POSSIBLE !!!
! Nicht Rauchen ! No Smoking !
Hello there, I am offering a beautifully renovated cosy bedroom to subrent. The length of the rental period is negotiable, but I`m hoping to start in december. The room comes with a fixed wardrobe and has a romantic star ceiling consisting of 80 small lights! I can put in a 1 person matrass and give you blankets and a pillow if you need.
The rest of the apartment is equally beautiful renovated. Just take a look at the pictures. A funny small palace, right in the heart of lively Friedrichshain with all it's clubs, cafe's, restaurants and galeries. Yet the apartment is nicely quiet because it's located in the back of the house. Please note: My house is very clean and tidy so if you are a messy or chaotic person than this is not for you. I am serious ;-) Furthermore please no smoking, no burning of incense and no pets in the house, sorry.
Located in the middle of the Warschauer Straße it’s close to…well close to everything! There are countless bars and cafes in the streets surrounding us. The world famous club Berghain is at a crawling distance and so is the RAW-Area with it's array of smaller venues. One block away is the Simon-Dach-Straße with many restaurants. There is also the Boxhagenerplatz with it's cosy markets in the weekend. In the direct area you'll find many unique small shops. Also two very special Art-House cinemas are within walking distance.
The connections to public transport could hardly get any better. The Tram M10 (to Prenzlauerberg) stops almost in front of the house. Furthermore there is a bus stop to make a shortcut to Ostbahnhof trainstation. The important S-bahn Station "Warschauerstraße" is 800 interesting meters walking, or just a quick Tram-stop away. Equally close is the Underground Station "Frankfurter Tor" with the U5 that takes you in 7 minutes to Alexanderplatz or further to central station.
I am a male native german speaker who is living for more than 10 years in this exciting area. Age is just a number but in my case that number is 44. I am a mode creator and an interior decorator. I know the nightlife of Berlin very well, but it stays out of my apartment. My house is a resting place and not a dance floor, just so you know! ...well, most of the time :-))
Although around here you can get good take-away of almost any kind, I do cook almost every evening at home and in some occasions I could imagine sharing a meal with you. But never any pressure. Most of the days I work away from home.
I am looking for a grown-up person who appreciates my apartment and all the hard work it took to renovate it and uses care and attention when handling it. I will share some of the basic stuff in the kitchen like plates and cups, but not my cooking pans.
I am renting out one of my rooms partly out of financial reasons but I also like having the energy of another person in the house. My ideal 'living-together' situation is, when we generally keep to ourselves and don't disturb eachothers space (with loud music or with a messy kitchen) but we will run into eachother often enough to have a chat in the cosy kitchen, maybe watch a movie together or even once in a while go outside and spent time at a flea-market or go clubbing for example. But none of this “has” to happen of course. An open communication and respectfull living together is key!
The rental period is flexible. I want it to start as soon as possible, preferably in december, and then for example for 3 to 6 months. If it works out well, then longer might work for me, but now I just can`t guarantee that. But also a shorter period could be fine for me. For example ideal as a "in-between" solution if you are looking for a longterm own apartment. But again, sadly there is in the beginning No Registration (Anmeldung) as resident possible!
If you feel good about what I wrote, please drop me a message yeah! :-)
It would be very helpful if you describe a bit your day to day routine, your character and what you are looking for in a WG-life.
Delighted to hear from you! :-))
(Wer möchte, kann mir gerne auf Deutsch schreiben.)
Ganz liebe Grüße,
Hain
