Room for subletting. The room is 14 square meters, has a high ceiling (3,30 m) and a wooden floor. The room is equipped with a bed, desk, chair, shelf and cupboards, it's basic, but enough for a start.
The rent is effordable 450€/months, including gas, water, electricity and internet, GEZ is not included and will be shared by everbody (roughly 7 €/months). The deposit is 500€.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen Gegend, innerhalb des S-Bahn-Rings. Alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheken, Späti sowie Bars und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die meisten Orte kann man zu Fuß erreichen und es ist sehr einfach, sich mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und dem Fahrrad fortzubewegen. S-U-Frankfurter Allee ist nur wenige 300m entfernt, somat hat man direkt den Ring oder die U5 steigen.

It's in a nice area, inside the S-Bahn-Ring. All amenities such as grocery stores, pharmacies, Späti as well as bars and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. You can walk to most places and it is very easy to get around be public transport and bicycle. It's only close to the U5 and the Ringbahn, and 5 km by bike to Alex, 1,5 km to Boxi, 6,5 km to Mauerpark.
Es wird eine freundliche und ruhige Mitbewohnerin gesucht, mit Job außerhalb des Hauses. Du wirst mit zwei netten Mädchen aus Griechenland zusammenleben, beide sprechen Englisch und Deutsch (eines lernt noch). Die Sauberkeit in Küche und Bad ist sehr wichtig. Bitte keine Partyleute sondern jemanden, der einen festen Job hat und außer Haus arbeitet.

We are looking for a friendly and tidy girl, with a job outside the house. You will be living with to nice girls from Greece, both speak English and German (one still learning). You should clean after yourself in the kitchen and bathroom, that is really important to us. Otherwise we prefer no party animals, and someone who has a steady job and is working outside the house.
