The apartment will be rented partially furnished and all essential furnishings will still be available.
The apartment has 4 nice rooms (22sqm, 20sqm, 17sqm, 15sqm), which are currently rented out as a shared flat and can be individually furnished with the remaining furniture for short term rental.
The apartment can also potentially be used again as a shared flat (only as an existing group) or for a couple/family.
In addition to the 4 individual rooms, there is a large eat-in kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a balcony.
Price per room for above mentioned period:
