This is the left room of approx 14qm with direct access to a modern bathroom (en-suite) that is enlighted through big windows.
It is available from either 15th Dec or 1st Jan.

You also have a sleeping sofa for a guest, a design office chair, an electrical adjustable working desk and a lamp.
The high ceiling of 3m ensures a nice atmosphere.
The new windows are double glazed. This is temperature insulating and you don't hear any noise from outside.

A supermarket (ReWe, Denn's, DM) can be reached within 5min and many "Spätis" (24/7) are just around the corner.
Every Saturday you will have a great food market at the Boxhagener Platz, perfect to start into the weekend :o)
It is a WG where in total two people are sharing a wonderfull fully renovated two room apartment.
This room will be rented to a clean and calm person.

It is an ideal starting point for someone, who is new in Berlin or looks for interim let.
