Wir vermieten für zwei Wochen zwei Zimmer unserer gemütlichen Wohnung vom 09.04.-23.04.25. Beide Zimmer haben die gleiche Miete von 400€.
Nach Absprache geht es auch kürzer.
Schreibe uns gerne, auch wenn es um einen kürzeren Zeitraum geht.
Beide Zimmer haben ein großes Doppelbett und sind komplett eingerichtet. Es steht sogar ein Gäste-Doppelbett im Zwischenraum bereit, das auch als Sofa für gemütliche Filmabende mit Beamer benützt werden kann. Somit gibt sehr viel gemütlichen Space.
Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten mit hohen Decken und bekommt morgens auf der Ostseite und mittags/nachmittags auf der Südseite viel Sonnenlicht. Es gibt eine offene und gemütlich eingerichtete sowie komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank, große Gefriere, Esstisch und Ecksofa. Die Küche ist für uns wie ein Wohnzimmer wo man mit Freunden gemütlich zusammenkommt und gleichzeitig gekocht werden kann. Von dort aus kommt man auf den süßen Balkon, wo man sich Vormittags in die Sonne setzen kann. Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucher-Wohnung. Daher ist Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt!
Das Bad ist auch schön groß geschnitten und hat eine Dusche mit Badewanne sowie eine Waschmaschine.
Es gibt einen schönen Innenhof, wo man sich auch noch Nachmittags mit einem Kaffe in die Sonne setzen kann. Da die Wohnung im EG ist, machen wir das öfter. Im Innenhof gibt es auch viel Platz für Fahrräder.

We are renting out two rooms in our cosy flat for a fortnight from 09.04.-23.04.25. Both rooms have the same rent of 400€.
Shorter stays are also possible by arrangement.

Both rooms have a large double bed and are fully furnished. There is even a double guest bed in the intermediate room, which can also be used as a sofa for cosy film evenings with a projector. So there is plenty of cosy space.
The flat is generously proportioned with high ceilings and receives plenty of sunlight in the morning on the east side and at midday/afternoon on the south side. There is an open and cosily furnished and fully equipped kitchen with cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge, large freezer, dining table and corner sofa. For us, the kitchen is like a living room where you can get together with friends and cook at the same time. From there you can access the cute balcony where you can sit in the sun in the morning. The flat is a non-smoking flat. Therefore smoking is only allowed on the balcony!
The bathroom is also a nice size and has a shower with bath and a washing machine.
There is a lovely inner courtyard where you can sit in the sun with a coffee in the afternoon. As the flat is on the ground floor, we do this often. There is also plenty of space for bicycles in the courtyard.
Sie liegt super zentral zwischen Ostkreuz und Frankfurter Allee. Am Ostkreuz hat man top Anbindungen an viele Bahnen, vor allem mit der Ringbahn ist man schnell überall. Dort läuft man nur 5-7 Minuten hin. Viele tolle Bars, Cafés, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr schönen und lebendigen Viertel in dem man jeder Zeit ausgehen kann. Wenn ihr ein wenig Wasser und Entspannung im Grünen braucht, ist der Treptower Park mit der schönen Rummelsburger Bucht nur 8 min. mit dem Fahrrad entfernt.
Die Wohnung liegt in der zweiten Reihe, wodurch sie schön ruhig ist und man keinen Verkehr hört.

It is centrally located between Ostkreuz and Frankfurter Allee. At Ostkreuz you have excellent connections to many trains, especially with the Ringbahn you can get anywhere quickly. It only takes 5-7 minutes to get there. Many great bars, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets are just a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is located in a very nice and lively neighborhood where you can go out at any time. If you need some water and relaxation in the countryside, the Treptower Park with the beautiful Rummelsburger Bucht is only 8 minutes away by bike.
The apartment is in the second row, which makes it nice and quiet and you won't hear any traffic.

Wir sind Benni & Arne und leben zusammen in dieser Wohnung.
Werden in dem Zeitraum aber nicht dort sein, daher hast du die ganze Wohnung für dich!

Wir vermieten hier unsere liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, daher wäre es uns wichtig, dass die Wohnung und Einrichtung mit Respekt und Sorgfalt behandelt wird.
Es würde uns freuen und ist eigentlich auch eine kleine Bedingung, dass du über die Zeit die schönen Pflanzen gießen müsstest. Keine Angst, es ist nicht kompliziert und wir erklären dir alles!
Alles in allem ist es ein schöner, ruhiger Ort mit allem, was man braucht, in der Nähe. Perfekt für einen kurzfristigen Aufenthalt in einem der lebendigsten Viertel Berlins!

We rent out our lovingly furnished apartment here, so it would be important to us that the apartment and furnishings are treated with respect and care.
We would be pleased and it is actually a small condition that you would have to water the beautiful plants over time. Don't worry, it's not complicated and we'll explain everything to you!
All in all, it's a nice, quiet place with everything you need close by. Perfect for a short term stay in one of Berlin's most vibrant neighborhoods!
