Mein Name ist Maxim, ich bin 24 Jahre alt, studiere Medizin und wohne seit einem Jahr in dieser Penthouse-WG (!) direkt am Ostbahnhof/Strausberger Platz/Holzmarkt. Da mein Mitbewohner nun im Oktober auszieht, suche ich ab dem 08.10. bzw. 14.10 eine Nachmieterin. Zunächst befristet auf ein halbes Jahr, mit Option auf Verlängerung. 😊
Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 m² groß, die Wohnung selbst ist riesig und erstreckt sich über die gesamte Etage mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick direkt auf den Holzmarkt und die Spree.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 900 € warm.
Das Foto zeigt, wie ich das Zimmer eingerichtet hatte – momentan ist es bis auf ein Bett und einen Schrank leer. 😊 Du würdest es also mit einem Bett und einem Schrank übernehmen.
