I sublet my cozy one room in my beloved 3-room art deco appartment in the heart of Friedrichshain (Samariterkietz)

I put a lot of love in this appartment the last ten years and it become the place I imagined of. As i need to be abroad i,m looking for someone who like to spent some quaility time in my appartment and taking care of my plants.

You have absolutly private space as the other room is totaly seperated in the appartment. My room mate Sarah is working as alternative practitioner and great sunshine person.
