I currently have two rooms available in my newly renovated 90m² flat along the Spree River.
Ideally, I’m looking for someone to take both rooms (e.g., as an office and bedroom), but I’m happy to consider renting just one if that suits you better.
The apartment is on the fifth floor, offering beautiful views of the river and easy access to the vibrant heart of Friedrichshain and Warschauer Straße. With parking slots, a bus stop at the doorstep and excellent transport links, it’s easy to get anywhere in Berlin. The flat itself features a spacious living room, kitchen, a separate dining room and a bathroom with a bathtub. It’s currently being furnished, and I’d love to hear your ideas and input to help make it feel like home for both of us.
I’m looking for a young professional to share the flat with me—someone who is clean, friendly and excited to make the most of living in Berlin.
The location is ideal for anyone working at Universal, Coca-Cola, Zalando, Amazon, SumUp, MTV or other large offices nearby.

Ich habe derzeit zwei Zimmer in meiner frisch renovierten 90m² großen Wohnung direkt an der Spree verfügbar.
Idealerweise suche ich jemanden, der beide Zimmer nimmt (z. B. als Büro und Schlafzimmer), aber ich bin auch offen dafür, nur eines der Zimmer zu vermieten, wenn das besser zu dir passt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im fünften Stock und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Spree, sowie eine hervorragende Anbindung an das lebendige Herz von Friedrichshain und die Warschauer Straße. Direkt vor der Tür findest du zahlreiche Parkmöglichkeiten und eine ausgezeichnete Verkehrsanbindung, sodass du ganz Berlin bequem erreichen kannst. Die Wohnung selbst hat ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, Küche, ein separates Esszimmer und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Sie wird derzeit eingerichtet, und ich freue mich über deine Ideen und Vorschläge, um sie für uns beide gemütlich zu gestalten.
Ich suche eine/n junge/n Berufstätige/n, die/der sauber, freundlich und motiviert ist, das Beste aus dem Leben in Berlin zu machen.
Die Lage ist ideal für alle, die bei Universal, Coca-Cola, Zalando, Amazon, SumUp, MTV oder in anderen großen Büros in der Nähe arbeiten.

Direkt vor der Haustür gibt es zahlreiche kostenfreie Parkplätze, auch eine Bushaltestelle. Warschauer Straße, Ostbahnhof und BER sind in der Nähe.
Fußläufig befinden sich die Spree, zahlreiche Restaurants, Bars und u.a. die Eastside Mall.
There are numerous free parking spaces right outside the front door, including a bus stop. Warschauer Straße, Ostbahnhof and BER are nearby.
The Spree, numerous restaurants, bars and the Eastside Mall are all within walking distance.
Häufig (once a month) bin ich auf Reisen, aber wenn ich vor Ort bin schätze ich eine Balance aus Ruhe und auch mal etwas zusammen zu unternehmen (Sport, Essen machen, Kreatives etc.).
I'm often (once a month) traveling, but when I'm on site I appreciate a balance of peace and quiet and doing something together (sports, eating out, creative things, etc.).
Als Beraterin arbeite ich gerade im hybrid Modell.
