In unserer WG in Friedrichshain wird ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei. Das Zimmer ist vom 21.1.2025 bis zum 13.3.2025 frei. Natürlich würde es mich freuen, wenn sich jemand für die gesamte Zeit finden ließe, aber es wäre auch möglich, dass Zimmer nur für den Februar zu mieten. Also Februar ist die Mindestmietzeit :)
Die Wohung ist in einem Hübschen Altbau untergebracht und dein Fenster geht zum Hinterhof raus, was den Vorteil hat, dass es sehr ruhig ist.
Zusammenwohnen würdest du mit Marie und der Hündin Lotta. Auch wenn Lotta nicht unbedingt in dein Zimmer kommen würde, wäre es auf jeden Fall notwendig, dass du im allgemeinen auf Hunde klar kommst.

there will be a room available for interim rent from 21.1.2025 unteill 13.3.25 in our shared flat in Friedrichshain. Of cause i would prefer if somebody would take the room for the whole time, but only February is ok too.
Its a quite and beautiful room. You would share the flat with Marie and her dog Lotta, so you should be ok with living with dogs in general.
